Private PDF Bulk Fill Privacy Policy
Private PDF Bulk Fill processes your PDF and spreadsheet contents locally in your browser. We do not upload those document contents to our servers. Optional Pro billing and subscription management are provided by ExtensionPay.
Effective and last updated: June 14, 2026
1. What the Extension Does
Private PDF Bulk Fill creates personalized PDF documents by mapping columns from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet to fields placed on a PDF template. It supports local template storage, field mapping, previews, and ZIP exports.
2. PDF and Spreadsheet Contents
PDF files, CSV files, Excel files, spreadsheet rows, field values, mappings, previews, and generated PDFs are processed locally inside your browser. These document contents are not uploaded to a server operated by us.
Generated PDFs, example Excel files, template configuration files, and ZIP archives are downloaded only when you choose to export them. After download, those files are stored wherever your browser or operating system saves downloads.
3. Information Stored Locally
The extension uses browser-local storage, including IndexedDB, to support its features. The following information may be stored in your Chrome profile:
This local information is used only to provide extension features, preserve your workspace after a refresh, and restore saved templates.
- the current PDF workflow and uploaded PDF data;
- spreadsheet column names, rows, and mapping selections;
- field names, types, positions, selectable values, and formatting;
- saved templates and template configuration;
- output filename settings, preview selection, and export progress; and
- local subscription-status data used by ExtensionPay.
4. Optional Pro Billing
Private PDF Bulk Fill uses ExtensionPay for optional Pro subscriptions, payment-status verification, and subscription management. When you upgrade, sign in, restore access, manage billing, or cancel a subscription, ExtensionPay and its payment providers may process information such as your email address, payment status, subscription status, billing details, and transaction information.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code, or raw payment method details. PDF and spreadsheet contents are not sent to ExtensionPay for document processing.
ExtensionPay's handling of billing-related information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Chrome Permission
The extension does not request access to your browsing history, all websites, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
- storage: supports ExtensionPay's local subscription-status data. The extension's document workflows and saved templates are stored locally using IndexedDB.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
We do not collect analytics about your PDF or spreadsheet contents. We do not use document contents for advertising, profiling, or training artificial-intelligence models. We do not sell personal information or document contents.
7. Data Sharing
We do not share PDF or spreadsheet contents with external document-processing services. Billing-related information is processed by ExtensionPay and its payment providers only when needed to provide optional Pro billing and subscription management.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law or when necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the security of the extension and related services.
8. Retention and Deletion
Local workflow and template information remains in your browser profile until you replace or delete it, clear the extension's site data, reset the extension workspace, or uninstall the extension. Exported files remain in your downloads or other chosen storage location until you delete them.
Billing and subscription records are retained by ExtensionPay and its payment providers according to their policies and applicable legal requirements.
9. Your Choices
- Use the New or template-management controls to replace or remove local workflows.
- Delete saved templates from the extension's template manager.
- Clear the extension's stored data through Chrome's extension or site-data settings.
- Uninstall the extension to remove its extension storage from that Chrome profile.

10. Security
Local browser processing reduces the need to transmit document contents over the internet. However, no storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Chrome profile, downloaded files, and any sensitive source documents.
11. Children's Privacy
Private PDF Bulk Fill is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
