AeroRush: Sky Run Privacy Policy

AeroRush: Sky Run can be played offline. The game does not contain advertising, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, camera access, microphone access, or GPS/location permission.

Online rankings are disabled unless the player chooses to enable and use them.

When a player submits a score, the game sends the following information to an Amazon Web Services leaderboard:

• An anonymous player identifier generated by the game.
• A player-chosen nickname.
• The player's best score.
• A selected two-letter country code.
• An optional selected state or province code.
• The score submission time.

Country and state or province are coarse profile values selected by the player. The game does not request or collect GPS coordinates. Submitted leaderboard entries are publicly visible inside the game.

Network providers, including Amazon Web Services, may process IP addresses and standard request metadata as needed to deliver and secure the leaderboard service.

The game stores gameplay preferences, the ranking profile, the anonymous player identifier, and the best score locally on the device.

Players can clear local data through Fire OS application settings. Clearing local data does not automatically remove a score that was previously submitted to the online leaderboard.

Online ranking data is retained to operate the public leaderboard. To request deletion of an online leaderboard entry, contact us and include the nickname and anonymous player identifier shown by the game's support tooling so the entry can be located.

AeroRush does not sell personal information. The game does not use ranking data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking. Players can leave online rankings disabled and use all core gameplay offline.

The game is sold through the Amazon Appstore. Amazon processes purchase and payment information. AeroRush does not receive or store the player's full payment-card or financial details.

AeroRush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through the optional leaderboard.

We may update this policy when the game's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
